A week's holiday to the Isle of Arran
The Isle of Arran is the Scottish island I have visited most often. This time we stayed in Whiting Bay. I enjoyed a hike up Arran’s highest point - Goatfell, lots of good food and even took an Alpaca for a walk.

A forgettable movie, but it has some good moments. I didn’t hate it and I am always happy to get a new Christmas movie.
Missing the magic of some of its predecessors, but it’s a well made film that brings some laughter and joy.
Enjoyable especially the first two episodes with the tense and brilliantly acted rock paper scissors games. It’s very good TV and I can’t wait for S3 to wrap this up.
Slickly made thriller in the Die Hard mould. It’s not in the same league as Die Hard, but it keeps the tension and intrigue high all the way though. I enjoyed it.
There is nothing to redeem this. It is bad all over and sad that Bruce Willis and John Travolta signed up to this. At least they got a free holiday to Hawaii.
Nothing remarkable in the story, but some entertaining and funny scenes. Characters are, and will always, be great.
